Additional features include a contacts manager, expense tracking, integrated email, inventory controls, project management, purchase orders and invoicing, sales automation, quote management, and more.

How does the registration process work?

A visitor can sign up for Web Suite Pro by clicking either the green “Sign up today!” button at the bottom right hand corner of the homepage or the white “Sign Up” link at the top right hand corner. The first step asks the user to select from one of four Web Suite Pro membership levels. After clicking the corresponding green “Sign Up” button, the user is taken to the registration form. The form asks for a company name, mailing address, country, city, state, zip code, company phone number, URL, organization size, industry, and how they heard about Web Suite Pro.

What does it cost to use the application?

Web Suite Pro offers four membership plans of varying cost. These are generally well priced and affordable for a small business. The entry level membership, called the Starter, runs just under $20 per month and includes 2 GBs of storage space, one staff member, up to 200 users, unlimited invoices, unlimited contacts, and a per additional staff member price of just under $8. The next plan up is the Basic, which costs just under $50 per month. This plan upgrades to 10 staff members, 500 users, and lowers the additional staff member price to just under $6. The Corporate membership costs about $80 and includes up to 1,000 users, 15 staff members and 10 GBs of storage space. The additional staff price is lowered to about $5. The most expensive membership is the Enterprise, which costs about $100. This membership is allowed up to 25 staff members, 20 GBs of storage space, and a $4 per additional staff member rate.
